How to connect 'Guide' with GamePad Link and Family Fun.
Step (1) Run Family fun.
Step (2) Press button. (see above example)
Step (3) Joystick Up or Arrow Up. (see above example)
Step (4) Note this Server IP numbers. (see above example)
You will need this later.
Step (5) If you havent already, install GamePad Link on your Android or iPhone phone/tablet. (see above example)
Step (6) Choose Family Fun.
1) The 'Family Fun' game needs to be running and connected to your home network, waiting on the start screen.
2) This Controller App needs to be connected to the same network via Wi-Fi. Cellular data won't work.
3) Please ensure both the 'Family Fun' game and this Controller App are connected to the same home network.
Step (7) Enter the IP you noted in the above step(4) using the drop down menus and then click OK button.
Step (8) Wait for the game to connect to Family Fun!
The first 3 numbers of the Client IP and Server IP should be the same like the image above, the last number should be different or it wont be able to connect. Please dont connect the phone with WIFI from a HotSpot, it will not work. WIFI from the home router will work fine!
It should connect without issues. If it doesnt connect you will see the screen below:
ERROR SCREEN If you have a local firewall, please allow 'Family Fun' game and this Controller App to access your local network using UDP on port 7777 and retry.
